PURPOSE
 
The purpose of this document is to help prospective team members better understand the role and responsibilities with the position of Manager - Programmatic at GroupM.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE 
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our GroupM team as a Manager – Programmatic. This is a Full-time position based in Mumbai. This role plays a crucial part in supporting GroupM's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for our clients in every country across its diverse businesses. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Successfully managing day-to-day performance of campaigns across different DSPs - DV360 and TTD. 
  • Able to meet campaign KPIs on time and error free set-up execution and reporting. 
  • Able to execute optimizations aimed at exceeding KPIs; Set campaign "strategies", e.g. targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, ideas, downstream client funnel optimization. 
  • Able to make compelling arguments based on historical data and implement the strategies on active campaigns. 
  • Working with agency internal team to develop best-in-class solutions to achieve best results in KPIs. 
  • Communicate to other departments in the organization to facilitate client requests. 
  • Effectively manage the budget while optimizing the same towards optimal delivery. 
  • Maintain health and positive environment within the team. 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 2-4 year of exposure to the programmatic platforms with understanding of activation (campaign setup) workflow. 
  • Understanding of MS Office product suite including MS Excel for reporting and data analysis. 
  • Being able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audience, including programmatic terminology. 
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic technology stack’s inner working processes. 
  • Technical aptitude and affinity for data & related conversations. 
BONUS POINTS 
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing or digital advertising. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. 
  • Understanding of the clients's various business lines and target audiences.
